Membership Terms & Exclusions
Please review these details before purchasing. Rollins Club plans are annual prepaid maintenance memberships for passenger and light-duty vehicles.
What's Included
- Oil quantity limit: Each oil change includes up to 5 quarts of synthetic oil. Vehicles requiring more than 5 quarts are charged the additional per-quart cost.
- Premium/specialty oil: Vehicles requiring specialty or European-spec oil (e.g., 0W-20 long-life, diesel, or racing formulations) carry a surcharge at the current per-quart rate.
- Filter coverage: Standard oil, cabin, and engine air filters are included up to a $40 value per filter. Premium or performance filters above this value are billed at the difference.
- Priority same-day scheduling: Gold and Fleet members receive first-available same-day appointment priority during business hours, subject to shop capacity. It is not a guaranteed completion time.
- Labor discounts: The stated labor discount (5%, 7%, 10%, or 15%) applies to diagnostic labor and repair labor. It does not apply to parts, fluids, tires, or shop supplies.
Exclusions & Policies
- Promotions: Membership labor discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, specials, or promotional offers.
- Vehicle eligibility: Plans cover passenger and light-duty vehicles. Fleet memberships are valid for up to 5 vehicles; each additional vehicle is $299/year.
- Transfers: Memberships are non-transferable between vehicles or owners except within the same household for Fleet plans.
- Refunds: Annual memberships are non-refundable once any included service has been used. Unused plans may be eligible for a prorated refund at Rollins Auto Repair's discretion.
- Expiration: All included services must be used within the 12-month membership term. Unused services do not roll over to the next term.
- Exclusions: Plans do not cover tires, alignments, major repairs, bodywork, diagnostics beyond the included scans, or parts replacement beyond the listed filters.
